Né au Lac-St-Jean il y a 26 ans (Yé !), devenu indépendantiste à 8 ans (c’est vrai !), militant péquiste depuis l’an 2000 (on était au gouvernement …), a été président du CNJPQ pendant le Congrès de 2005 et la course au leadership qui s’en suivie (ouach !), blogue depuis deux ans sous le nom de V.
